 Wearing a kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. We will not be held responsible for any health problems that may result from wearing while hiding your pregnancy.

Please note that selection of adult kimonos will be limited if your hip size exceeds 130cm.(Children with a height of 70cm or above are eligible for use)(Children aged 12 and below only)

All reservations require advance credit card payment (reservation deposit). If you anticipate being late for your reservation, please be sure to contact us in advance, as tardiness may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the reservation date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 6 days or less before the reservation date are non-refundable.Cancellations on the day before and the day of the reservation will incur full charges, regardless of the reason.
 However, we do accept reservation date changes.

 Please strictly observe the return time. If there is no return within business hours without contacting us, we will close without waiting for the return. If you return it the next day, you will be charged as late fee equal to the dressing fee.

 A deposit of 10,000 yen+Option ¥1,100(including tax) will be required if returning the next day. If it is not returned by the next day, the deposit of ¥10,000 will not be refunded.

 If the kimono or accessories (bags, etc.) are soiled or damaged when you return them, you will be charged ¥3,000 or more per 20㎠ for damage, and ¥10,000 or more for damage. We recommend that you sign up for a safety pack (insurance) of ¥550(including tax) when you apply.

 We can store your luggage for free, but please manage your valuables by yourself. Our shop does not take any responsibility for loss (including theft), damage, water leakage, etc.

 Setup usually takes 45-60 minutes. Please cooperate with our staff’s instructions for a smooth setup.

 If you are more than 20 minutes late from the start of your reservation, the reservation will be invalidated.
 If it is more than 10 minutes past the reservation start time, we will prioritize customers who arrived on time. Additionally, if you cancel on the day after the reservation time, no refund will be possible, so please be aware of this. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please strictly adhere to the reservation time.
